We always seem to have the best 4th of July's. There is something so cool about the holiday. It is fun to watch the amazement and fun through the eyes of my kids. I remember how amazing that day always was. Something about the food and the outside fun combined with the fireworks made it always such a memorable day for me. We got to be with our great friends the Kintners this year and we had a ton of fun. They just moved to a new neighborhood that has a bunch of kids and so there was a lot of things going on all at once. We had a great BBQ and then the kids played in the water and we even got to have a ball game with a bunch of kids and a few of us adults. It was a great time. The neighborhood had a bunch of fireworks so we didn't even have to try and fight the crowds. I love to sit on the grass all cuddled up with one of my monkeys and stare up at the fireworks. Good food, good friends, good fireworks, an amazing country to live and be free in and great kids. You really can't get any better than that.
