Soccer

This year's soccer season was a bit more complicated than last. Last year both Jamen and Wiley were able to play on the same team and then Mike was the assistant coach for their team. This year Jamen moved up a bracket and so Mike was head coach for Jamen's team and assistant for Wiley's team. It made for a couple of crazy months with two practices per week and both games on Saturday. Poor Mike went from game to game and was hoarse by the time the games were over from yelling so much. Thank goodness for good friends who filled in when Mike wasn't able to make it to things. What lucky boys I have to have a dad that has way to much on his plate right now but realizes the importance it is to be their coach. Mike does such a great job too. He just is so good with little kids. The boys had a good time and Jamen improved a lot this year. Wiley just needs to unleash the beast within. He is so intense all the time but at the games he was just so relaxed with not much intensity. I'm sure it will just come with some time. It is so fun to watch them and cheer and see them change and improve. I'm already excited to see what happens next year.
