My sweet Laila turned 8. This is a big year in our house. They get to have a birthday party and invite as many people as they want. I gave Laila free rein to choose the theme of the party and she chose ninjas. I thought for sure my only girl would chose an art party or a craft party but no she wanted a ninja party all with an obstacle course and ninja skills training. We had 14 kids there along with our helpers, Grace, Jamen, Wiley and Noah. We made nun-chucks, learned ninja skills, raced in the obstacle course, used chop sticks, ate cake, crushed a pinata, and opened presents. Laila had the best time and that is what it is all about. She is the most beautiful dirty princess I have ever seen.
