Sleep Walking

About one in the morning Noah came running in our bedroom holding his face.  He was bleeding all over but had no idea why.  The only thing we could figure happened is that he was trying to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night and slipped on the metal stairs up to his loft bed. He then hit his face on the ledge causing his tooth to go through his lip.  It was a long night at the emergency room.  They sure know how to make a short visit turn into a 5 hour ordeal.  He had to get 5 stitches and his face swelled up so big he had a hard time talking.  We also had to take him to the dentist because he had knocked his front teeth back some.  They told us there was a chance he would have to have a root canal if they had been damaged.  After about a month with temporary braces to keep his teeth in place we found out all was well.  Thank goodness.  That poor boy.  He is the craziest of all my children and has never had stitches and to think his first came from falling out of bed.
