Fall Soccer

This fall season of sports has been alot.  With Noah, Laila and Rudy playing soccer and Jamen and Wiley running cross country there was not much down time.  We had to divide and conquer on weekends with me going to the cross country meets and Mike coaching and doing the soccer games.  I did get to see several games but was sad to have to miss some of the games this season.  Rudy had a great season and has improved so much over the last two seasons.  He scored at least one at every game and is ready to move up to the next age group in the spring.  Laila had a rough season with many losses but she played really well.  She is getting faster and able to move the ball down the field with much more ease.  Noah had an incredible season.  He has some incredible ball skills.  He can move the ball in and out of defenders with so much ease. He got to play alot of mid field this season because Mike needed him to score for them.  It took some getting use to and learning where to be but he ended up scoring a lot of the teams goals over the season.  In the championship game alone he scored 3 of the 4 goals helping his team to win the whole thing.  He is very fun to watch and makes incredible goals.  He moves and plays a lot like Mike.  Now we get a breather from sports over the winter until spring soccer starts up again.  We need it!
