Spring Break - Virginia

Being in such a great area for sight seeing we had lots of people interested in coming to see us and or meet us for lunch.  We got to have Brig, Kristy and kids for 3 days and then they stayed with Andy and Christy and we got to house the Dumas' for 3 days and hang out with them at night and all one day.  We also during the week met up with our neighbors the Muellars to catch up.  It was such a great week.  We went to the Smithsonian again, had an Easter dinner with all the cousins and aunts and uncles, and Easter egg hunt and saran wrap game, a trip to Shark Tooth Beach, fishing, and a walk on the Pier in Maryland.  We had such a great time catching up and getting to know our nieces and nephews even better. We have had such a great time with Brigham's and Andy's families. We are so lucky to have such great family that love us and want to be with us.

The Dumas' came on Wednesday of Spring Break.  We told them to stay here instead of paying for a hotel.  It was so good to see them and catch up.  They are such great people.  They did what they had planned all the days and then on Friday we got to spend the day with them.  We also went to Shark Tooth Beach.  It rained on us just enough to soak us and then we decided to stay awhile anyways.  We had a great time messing around and catching up.  Then at night we got to go out to eat with Kelly and Jeremy.  It was nice to be reminded that people love us and understand our testimonies.  It is hard to leave a place where you've come to love and care so much about so many.  We miss our ward in Indiana.  Kelly reminded Mike of all the things he was able to do as a Bishop.  He did such a great job.  It helps to hear those things a be reminded that the sacrifice was all worth it.

The week went by too fast and the kids were yet again sad to go back to school.  I can't believe that the year is almost over.  Only 3 more months and I'll have a 8th, 6th, 4th and 2nd grader.
